My Thoughts During The "Big Brother" Premier
Big Brother Access

The premier of "Big Brother" on Wednesday night, and then Thursday night as well, caused conversation in my house. I’m sure some similar thoughts came into your heads as you watched "Big Brother" Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Wow, I missed Julie Chen. So perfect.

Imagine being cut off from the world for three months.

Imagine what I could do with half a million dollars.

Stowaways?

Mathematician?

I knew Paulie looked super familiar (Cody’s brother).

Bronte. Fiesty Cali girl. She’s gonna get a lot of attention.

Corey’s cute, but sleep walking?

Glenn. Retired detective. I wonder what that power is going to give him.

Jozea will totally be the life of the party.

Michelle’s gonna get on everyone’s nerves because of being a nutritionist.

Someone’s going to fall in love with Paul on the show.

Tiffany. Vanessa’s sister. I wonder how that’s going to turn out. She will also totally be in a showmance; I’m calling it now.

There are totally going to be many showmances this season.

All these personalities are going to clash.

"Big brother" is a math problem needing to be solved? Really?

This dietician is already annoying me already. Climbing in trees.

This ex-cop being older. Disadvantageous, but I can tell he’s going to be a good game player.

Showmances, betrayals and evictions?! Julie Chen, you are a physic.

Natalie, you wrote a cheer?

Michele and Paul. Future showmance.

And I totally agree that it looks like a cat on his face.

The Bronx guy is so adorable.

Helium balloon sucking girl, find your zen and get out of this house.

Bronte, go work for the CIA and save the world with prime numbers already.

Natalie is going to be who the guys pine after. I call it.

Does Corey have a man crush on Victor? Bromance in the making?

Paul is definitely loud and in your face.

Yeah, no way Tiffany was getting away with being Vanessa’s sister. Good catch, dietician

Bronte...

Twist #1 who are they going to be?

Bronte is seriously killing me.

Nicole! I liked her!! She’s also totally going to be in a showman. I call it.

Oh my god, no, James annoyed me last season. No!

Ooooh drama loving Da’vonne is back!

Frank! We love him! America’s favorite house guest.

He cut his hair off!

“Antiques! Get polished before you come into the BB house” - Jozea, HA!

They already want to get the returners out? That’s fast.

Paul is definitely a character. Sixteen spaces for 16 people, duh.

Why would he announce his brother is Cody? The first day?

Vanessa’s sister is going to be ousted soon. They may as well be twins.

Twist #2 travel companions? Playing the game in teams? Of 4?

And they choose the teams??

“Straight up NASA out there!!” (Scoffs because it’s Bronte saying it)

Yup, you are definitely “a little vain” Frank.

Paul / Paulie. Wow, that was funny. Just a little bit of a mix up.

Victor’s getting creepy.

Poor Paulie. Picked so late.

Aww, poor Glenn. The last to be picked.

I like all of these travel themes.

Safe for two evictions? Those are big stakes.

Those rockets look cozy.

Wow, first three to fall off and they are all on that team. That’s a sign for sure.

To say you like riding a wet rocket is just pretty weird, Paul.

Alright Victor, don’t get too cocky.

Those names though.

Twist #3; competing against each other's teammates, then someone goes home. Intense.

It’s like floating Jenga!

Da’vonne and Paul bickering is going to annoy me all summer.

Category Four is definitely a strong team for competitions.

Nicole and Corey are totally going to be a showmance.

Alright Paulie, stop being so aggressive.

“Jesus and me we’re having a one on one.” Da’vonne.

Glenn sounds like such a classic dad. “I told you so.”

Paul needs to stop overreacting.

Oh no, Glenn is going to go home. I can see it happening.

Are the newbies gonna actually stick together? I don’t think so.

Paul thinks he’s the ringleader, but everyone seems to be getting annoyed by him.

Oh, Nicole, so tricky. I’m also surprised Corey just went along with that HOH conversation.

I don’t want any of these four (the Freakazoids) to go home.

Nicole is safe!

Tiffany is safe!

Glenn stop moving like a turtle! I don’t want you to go home!

No! Glenn!

Aww, good love for Glenn, "Big Brother" <3

And here goes the newbie alliance crumbling.

Why is Victor trying to flex for Nicole to stay safe?

Why is Victor also pitting the veterans against the newbies?

LOL, James impersonating Victor while Nicole's in the shower! LOL.

What is with the newbies telling the people they want to take out that they want to take them out?

Well, I hope Paulie can win the veto and he stays in the house.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
