Let’s all take a minute to stop and appreciate this Muslim woman who absolutely tore the shreds out of a Fox News debate on shutting down mosques.

On the left, we have Donald Trump's campaign spokeswoman Katrina Pearson, and on the left, Saba Ahmed, president and founder of the Republican Muslim Coalition.

Both appeared on the show after Fox News host Megyn Kelly conducted a debate regarding Trump’s comments that he would strongly consider shutting down American mosque’s if he was elected president.

Pearson kicks off the debate by listing terrorists that happen to be Muslim and spewing some nonsense that she may have caught from Trump. I decided to just include her most ridiculous comment, stating that mosques should be shut down because they “tend to be hotbeds for political activity, not as much religious activity.”

Ahh, I get it now, all of the terrorists are going to the mosque to plan their terrorism with other terrorists. Makes sense, right?

And that’s when Ahmed responds as calmly as humanely possible, and with so much chill that I just want to hail her.

“Megyn. We go to the mosque to pray.”

Yeah, take that Megyn.

She goes on to say that it is “absolutely horrifying” that their rights of free exercise of religion are going to be challenged.

“You wouldn’t shut down churches just because there were one or two Christians who were acting badly. The mosque has nothing to do with terrorists. Yes there are people who misuse the religion for their own perverted ideology, but that has nothing to do with my faith,” Ahmed explained.

But honestly, she really didn’t have to clarify with the star-spangled hijab she is rocking doing the talking for her.

Ahmed said she wore that Hijab as she, like other Muslims, is a proud American, highlighting the important issue that a few people cannot be representative for an entire faith.

"Obviously what ISIS is doing does not represent our faith. They're perverting our religion, and they don't represent us in any way,” she told Mic.

And that my friends is how you win a debate.

I'll never forget the day that someone told me these words: "Madison, I think you're a good friend to everyone but yourself." I stood there completely in awe of that statement. Before that day, I never really thought about being a friend to myself, and at the time, I didn't really know what it meant. Now, I realize that you can't fully be there for other people unless you're there for yourself, too. You can't show up for others until you're willing to show up for yourself.

Here are five things everyone should learn in order to be a better friend to themselves. These steps are hard, but they're so worth it.
