Moving Into College As Told By The Kardashians

You have such high expectations of dorm rooms from Pinterest but then you see the cubicle that you are forced to share with someone for an entire year.

It’s 95 degrees out because you're moving in when it’s technically still summer and just looking at all the boxes you’re going to have to move makes you already want to pass out.

But thank God for over-eager parents who can’t wait to set up your dorm…so you just stand there and supervise while they throw out their backs carrying box after box.

Then they look at you and ask if you’re going to start helping.

But that answer doesn’t fly so you get handed a box to carry.

And your parents are like:

As the boxes start filling up the 5x5 dorm room that the school is forcing you to live in, you start having a minor panic attack.

When you start unpacking you realize that there is not nearly enough space for all the stuff you brought.

So you just start stuffing everything in random places because you just want to be done already.

And when you’re finally finished you and your roommate are actually impressed with how great it turned out.

Since it looks so good you obviously have to invite all your friends over for the first pregame of the school year.

Because you have to reward yourself for the stress you (or your parents) endured all day.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
