I am 32 and trying to figure out how to be a mother, wife, referee, cook, maid, dust buster, and so much more, in life we are thrown the craziest freaking curve balls anyone could ever ask for, and some get the sweet end of the stick and its smooth sailing, on the outside, no one ever knows the inside story of any mother unless we come together and really unite, the expression it takes a village to raise a family is the truest thing I have ever heard in my 32 years of life, in my 13 years of being a mother, I have never felt so many damn emotions and not understanding what the Farts to do with them or even how to process them, I am still working on it, and finally being able to tell ya'll my side and I continue to just get through the day and knowing my kids and family are ok, well dang this will be fun!
Ok so let me tell you last night in our home town, it was Homecoming, my twins are 13, and girls, and going through puberty, and boys, and mischief, and so many others things quite frankly I was not flipping prepared for, so the twins asked me and their dad if they could go, now they are currently grounded so that played a huge factor, and well they broke our TRUST so yep, maybe in a future post we will get into why and what the flip I did about that, ok back to homecoming, We said no, OMG it was like the end of the world, but what got me the most was, they were so focused on the event, that of course they took no time to remember the actions that led them to this scenario in life, being a mom is hard, having your daughter not talk to you, well its quite, lol, I've learned days of being on the more friend side is done, we cant be a friend, we have to be moms, oh and farts the peer pressure that led up to this event and the drama behind it was insane, but now to teach our kids how to fight against the peer pressure and make the right choices...……….ok this post is scattered the next will be better but here is a start to some funny, sassy, sad, happy, loving, real blogs! Cheers a mom trying to keep from losing her marbles!
