Today, I laid in the grass & looked up at the sky.
I stared in one spot.
The clouds floated by;
the birds soured high,
& I was reminded of that feeling- of just being.
Realizing, that there's a stillness through it all.
Our thoughts, emotions, feelings
are but pieces of the atmosphere that eventually disappear.
Then reappear.
Let us not be afraid of this flow of emotions, feelings, tendencys, but instead
let us ride the current.
We always seem to label everything in black & white.
"This is good, this is bad"
"This is positive, this is negative"
"This is yes, this is no"
Say for once, we just lived in that moment. Realize that that moment is indeed happening, but not put a label to it.
It's that simple.
Keen observations, while letting your subconcious thoughts float by. Like clouds, flow with the current. Like birds; become aware of your air, intune thyself with yourself, your reactions, knowing when to change your direction.
Decipher this knowledge;
call it what you will,
it is the process of mindfullness
& being in the now.
