Thinking about ideas for articles each week is hard; trust me. I have been writing for the Odyssey for a little bit over a year now and I have only skipped one week of writing(which was last week). However, for other things, thinking of an idea is not so hard. I still have yet to write a novel; because of one reason: I CANT THINK OF AN IDEA. I remember in Kindergarten I wrote a book about these kids getting lost in a pumpkin patch. I never finished the book and my grandma would always joke with me asking if the kids have ever been found. Well, I am almost 20 and they are still not found, nor can I find the notebook that I wrote the story in. I have a hard time finishing what I start.

This article however, is going to be a little different. Instead of telling you guys what kind of ice cream you should get when you go to Friendly's, or why Fuller House is the best spinoff ever, I am going to write about a very special friend of mine and one of her life changing ideas. I saw this friend for the very first time on the Pretty Little Liars After Show. Watching her on that show and on other things, have really helped me. She's like the sister that I never had and is the friend that everyone wants but is so hard to find. She's the one I would message on Twitter after a long day of being Kaitlyn. She was the one that helped me through every crush, friendship problem and anything that happened to me at school. Something changed however on the day of my junior prom. I was sitting in a limo taking selfies with all of my friends. I got a notification on Twitter from Meghan. I opened it and it was a tweet from her telling me to have an awesome night and to send her pictures. That was when I knew that we would be friends forever(okay, now I'm crying). I just started out as a fan who would watch the show and tweet in every once in a while. She slowly became one of my most loyal and trusting friends. This friend, is Meghan Lamontagne. Despite her busy and very successful work life, Meghan lives to inspire. One of the most inspiring things she has done is creating her very own "Megha-Boss," videos. In the videos, she gives advice that is useful for anyone, anywhere at anytime. The videos aren't too long either! They are short and sweet, but definitely are filled with so much love and advice. She wants to make a difference and by going out and sharing her advice, we can help make that difference! Meghan makes these videos for us, so why not watch them? She can finish what she starts. She's a life changer. She changes people's lives. And I am sure, she can change yours. Even if you just watch one video, it's like you've entered a completely different world. She gives advice in such a cool, upbeat and unique way. It's pretty unforgettable too.

The videos make you think and are just so life changing. From giving advice about relationships, to following your dreams, Meghan talks about it all. She hits on things that a lot of people still struggle with. I think everyone should watch the Megha-Boss videos, no matter who you are. Even if you need a pep talk, inspirational quotes for a graduation speech, or just something to do on a Friday night, these videos are worth the watch. Meghan still inspires me in everything she does and if you give her a chance, I'm sure she will inspire you too.

So what are you waiting for? Search "Megha Boss," on Youtube and start watching! Let her change your life and inspire you!! It is so worth it!

I'll never forget the day that someone told me these words: "Madison, I think you're a good friend to everyone but yourself." I stood there completely in awe of that statement. Before that day, I never really thought about being a friend to myself, and at the time, I didn't really know what it meant. Now, I realize that you can't fully be there for other people unless you're there for yourself, too. You can't show up for others until you're willing to show up for yourself.

Here are five things everyone should learn in order to be a better friend to themselves. These steps are hard, but they're so worth it.
