If you are a living, breathing millennial then you’ve seen "Mean Girls." You may have even seen it 57 times, I’m not judging. Just when you thought you wouldn’t see any more from "Mean Girls" than a daily GIF on Twitter, "Mean Girls" dropped some big news: Regina George and the plastics are going to Broadway, that’s right — "Mean Girls: The Musical." Now personally this made my body have a cringe that could have ended my life.

I am not saying I hate "Mean Girls," but I am saying that musical adaptations of successful movies from the early 2000s are borderline disgusting. Let’s not forget "Legally Blonde," the musical:

However, I will say that anything that my mom, Tina Fey, has a hand in is worth a shot. On Monday, the production released a short promo of Regina, Gretchen, and Karen that honestly made my hopes a little higher.

From what you can see, the three characters rival that of the original film. However, what we aren’t able to see here is something that makes me want to turn my skin inside out: the music. In no way shape or form can I see songs in the “Mean Girls" universe going well. The thought of a "Mean Girls" soundtrack rocks me to my core, but I know that as soon as it’s released I will be forced to listen.

It has also been released that "Mean Girls: The Musical" will take place in present day, more than 13 years after the original film’s release. This could potentially change a lot of the plot. Being kicked out of the popular kids’ lunch table isn’t exactly a hot issue with today’s high school students. Millennials are overall becoming more progressive and high school looks a lot different now than it did in 2004. So expect the overuse of references to hashtags, Instagram, and the Kardashians because apparently, that takes up the majority of the millennial conversations.

If you have decided that you’ll absolutely die if you don’t see it, the musical will run at the National Theater in Washington D.C. from October 31st to December 3rd and is expected to make its Broadway debut in spring 2018. Can you guess what day that tickets will be released? That’s right.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
