Our Nutrition Kitchen

Research conducted by scientists at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel has led scientists to conclude that, although probiotics are loaded with good bacteria and are praised as saviors of all-gut-problems, they actually don't do much of anything for your tum. The team of scientists administered a home-brewed probiotic drink with 11 common good bacteria and administered the concoction to 25 healthy volunteers for a month. The results detailed in the journal Cell expose that the probiotic, in all cases, was either excreted or pushed-out by existing gut microbes.
