Macaroni and Cheese has been my ultimate comfort food for as long as I can remember. When I was about 3 years old (there's literally documented proof), I stood on top of our 1 tier cat tower and belted out a song I had written about macaroni. It wasn't until much later in my life (I was 21 or 22) when my partner pointed out that that macaroni and cheese song was actually Happy Birthday. I was SHOOK.
