HAPPY OFFICIAL FALL-TIME!!! September 21st is here, and that means autumn has begun. If you're like me, your fall-time began when pumpkin coffee made its debut and Halloween stores opened their gates mid-August. I. LOVE. FALL. Honestly, if I don't participate in enough fall activities as physically possible, I literally become depressed. Fall is such a beautiful season, and I cannot be more joyous that it is finally here. You will most likely never meet another person who loves autumn and Halloween season as much as I do.

That being said, here are 12 reasons I will love fall for all of eternity:

1. HALLOWEEEEEEEN!!!

Umm....HELLO!! Halloween! Dressing up, doing cool make-up, going to parties, all of it. I love Halloween!!

2. Haunted Houses.

If you don't go to 5+ different haunted hayrides/houses during fall, did you even live through Sept-Nov?? I think NOT.

3. Pumpkin Spice EVERYTHING.

Yes, I'm that gal. I love pumpkin flavored things, and I hate that you can usually only get them around fall-time. I guess it makes it worth the wait!

4. Apple/Pumpkin Picking!

There's just something about traveling to a beautiful farm and spending almost all day in the sun running around picking fruits and knocking on pumpkins to see which is best, and it'll never get old.

5. Six Flags FRIGHTFEST!!

If you don't have a Six Flags around you, boy do I feel bad. FrightFest at Six Flags is the most amazing thing ever. By 5 P.M. every night, the park changes from fun to scary, and it is SO cool. I love going to FrightFest at least three times each year!

6. Cuddles.

Winter is in the near future, which means that it's cuddle season!! I love turning off the lights, opening all the windows, and just laying cuddled up with my boyfriend in our bed. It's nice to smell the fall air and hear the trees blowing in the wind!

7. Perfect weather.

Fall is right when summer ends, and before winter begins. That means that the weather is perfect. It's not scorching hot, but it's not too cold yet. You could still be wearing shorts, or you could wear a light jacket and never be too hot or cold!

8. Thanksgiving.

YES! Fall means holidays like Halloween, MY BIRTHDAY, and Thanksgiving!!! We all get to gather around a giant dinner table with our families and eat a bunch of wonderfully cooked food while appreciating the company.

9. Football!!!

Duh! Football games, Thanksgiving day games, and more!

10. The beautiful colors.

Leaves are changing, the skies get darker earlier and brighter later, and nature is amazingly colorful at this time of year.

11. The smells of the air.

Life smells like a Yankee Candle in the fall. There are scents of pumpkin, apple, cider, spices, and leaves. It all blends together to make the ultimate fall smell.

12. The overall mood.

I can't describe it easily in words, but fall puts a smile on my face and a happy feeling in my heart. I love the feeling of it being fall, it is just a great time. Everyone is happy, there is so much to do, and it's truly heartwarming.

Did I mention I FRICKIN LOVE FALL????

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
