I find it disgusting how some people are so cruel towards gays and the idea of supporting gay marriage. If you want to know what bothers me the most, it's how cruel people are. I don’t understand it. People love it when two girls make out with each other, but when two guys make out, it's gross. How can you people be so cruel for simply loving someone who shares the same gender? It is unforgivable.
Just imagine someone walking up to you and telling you that you aren’t allowed to have children because you’re black or white, for that matter. Having them be racist and absolutely callous to you for something you were born with - for something utterly natural and healthy and common. Homosexuality is common.
Yes, Some religions claim that being anything other than heterosexual is a sin and that it is something that you can be cleansed of. I don’t mean to be disrespectful to anyone's beliefs and opinions.
From my perspective, we all should be able to love who we are and love who we love. Gay love and gay marriage is something that should be supported. If you don’t practice it, that is your own personal choice. But society needs to understand that there are more important things to worry about in this world than worrying about who someone loves. There is no way to erase gays from the world, and there is no way to erase their feelings.
Let everyone love whoever they want to love because at the end of the day, it's not going to be your relationship and it sure isn't gonna stop others from loving who they love.
