I have definitely gained my college fluff and it was so easy. Losing the fluff is the hard part. No one knows getting rid of your college fluff like Monica from "Friends."
1. You look in the mirror and realize you are not as cute as you used to be. You ignore the fact that you look like you got inflated by a balloon pump.
2. You can push the mirror moment to the back of your memory, but then you take a photo with your skinny friends...
3. Yeah, I really need to get this under control.
4. You follow 10 fitness gurus and order new workout clothes. You are so motivated you feel like you already lost 5 pounds.
5. Day one of the diet, starving by noon.
6. Try to work out — you don't know how to work out.
7. Start Googling pictures of fast food while your tears fall in your veggie bowl.
8. You cheat with just one bite.
9. It's over. You've tasted the good life.
10. And now you are back to square one, laying in bed with a full Sonic meal, completely satisfied.
