I promise you will make it through this. The feelings you have are only temporary. There is a light at the end of the dark tunnel that is your life right now. Life is not going to always be dark, there are sunny days ahead. Do not let how you feel determine whether or not you will make it out of the darkness. You will make it and you will be able to say "I made it". Moments like these are moments that truly strengthen you; you are your strongest in these moments because you keep going when it feels almost impossible to.
I have made it to the light at the end of the very dark tunnel and so many others have. Be a strong example for those facing the tunnel, be a brave example for those searching for the light. You are not alone in this; there are plenty of people who are in this exact situation and facing this same demon. No matter what, talk to someone; you are not a burden I promise, and the people around you would rather hear from you about this than not. I have always struggled with communication when it comes to telling those around me what is going on; I felt like it would be a burden if I added something else to their life. I eventually realized that they are around me because they care and want to know what is going on. Find something to do when it gets almost unbearable, whether that is praying, listening to music, writing, etc; anything that will distract you from the situation and bring peace to your mind.
As you are going through difficult situations that seem never-ending, remember to tell yourself that "it will get better". Everyday when you wake up, tell yourself this. Write it on your bedroom and bathroom mirrors and leave it on notes in places you will see it; the more you see it the more you will start to believe it. Something else you can do is leave positive notes about yourself in places you will see them as well. One of the key things to helping you see the light is encouraging yourself when all you're hearing is negativity. Whatever you do, do not give up and keep on going.
I have listed below some hotline numbers if the above is not helping and you feel like nothing will:
National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255

*If you feel like you're at a breaking point, please do not hesitate to call one of these numbers. People volunteer/work for these hotlines and have a passion for helping people in difficult situations. They will listen, they will care, and they will do everything in their power to help you.
