Dear what I assume is about 20 different guys,
How did you know my favorite song is "Loud Slamming Noises" by The Entire Soccer Team? Thank you so much for playing that catchy tune at least 20 times a day at various creative times. Nothing brightens someones day like hearing their favorite song on repeat for hours on end.
Also, thank you for giving me the answers to some of my most pressing unanswered questions, such as "How late is too late to party?", "How many times a day can I rearrange all of my furniture?", and "How many people can you fit into one dorm room?" The answers to which are apparently "never," "as many as you want," and "it depends on how you stack them."
Thank you for having the courage to do what so many others before you have wanted to do, but couldn't out of respect for those living below them. This includes: bouncing soccer balls at 4 o'clock in the morning, shouting the word "Oh!" every few minutes, and slamming your door loud enough to make Sigmund Freud himself turn in his grave.
Also, I'd just like to take this moment to say how much I appreciate your dedication to architecture. However, I regret to inform you that due to the fact that I live on the second floor of a nine-floor building, I will not be requiring a skylight. Therefore, you no longer need to attempt to install one by doing what I can only assume is trying to force a bowling ball through layers of tile and plaster.
Finally, I wish you all the best in your further non-architectural endeavors.
Sincerely,
Your Friendly Downstairs Neighbor
