To my best friend's boyfriend,

Not only do you have the best girl in the world, but you have the strongest, smartest, most beautiful person that I know. I'll never forget the first time she called me to tell me that she thought she liked and I thought she was crazy. As time has passed, you both have shown to not only me, but everyone else, just how in love with each other you are. A love like the one you two share is so rare, and I'm so thankful that I have gotten to witness it firsthand.

Thank you for treating her like the princess that she is. As her best friend, I know that she deserves the world. Having someone else that thinks the same thing I do, is a pretty wonderful thing. Every time she tells me how you wrote her a song or learned a song for her, I get tears in my eyes because of how happy and loved you make her feel.

Thank you for always including me. Thank you for letting me sit in the back seat while she's riding shotgun. Thank you for letting me hang out with the both of you. Thank you for never letting me be lonely, no matter how annoying I can get.

Thank you for not only being her best friend, but mine as well. Thank you for always being there for me and always having an open ear and open arms. Thank you for holding me when I cry and always telling me that you love me. I'll always cherish your random "I love you" texts.

She and I, together, are a unique pair. We're weird. We laugh at the simplest things that makes you wonder what is going through our heads. There is never a dull moment between the two of us and it takes someone special to stay sane while in the same room as us. I'm proud to say that you are one of those people. You never shake your head when we laugh at vines for hours, you just laugh along with us. Thank you for allowing her to continue to be my best friend.

Never forget, that she is, and always will be my best friend. As a best friend, it is my duty to protect her. She deserves the best boyfriend in the world.
