It's an exciting time.
You're in your final fall semester of college already and you honestly can't believe it. I mean it seems like it was only yesterday that you were a freshman, who was new to campus and the entire experience that college has to offer.
If you're getting ready to go into your last fall semester undergrad then you're probably feeling some of these things yourself.
1. "Well, time to start getting serious about what's next"
I mean there are so many options. Grad school? Actually finding and applying for your first post degree job? So many options.
2. "How do I actually start going about looking for a job in my major?"
And what does that actually look like.
3. "Ok, What classes do I need still need for the spring in order to actually graduate?"
Are there any other major required classes needed to graduate? Do you need an internship?
4> Speaking of internships... "Do I need one and if so, how do I go about getting it?"
The best way to find out is to talk to your advisor.
5. "Do I need to apply for graduation?"
If so, then when and how?
6. Ok, so what do I actually want to do with my degree?"
How do I go about doing that?
8. "What type of professional portfolio/resume do I need?"
And other subsequential questions such as "How do I go about making my resume attractive and professional enough for potential employers?"
9. "What else do I still need to do while I have the time to do it?"
10. "Do I have any room for "fun" classes in the spring?"
Especially if there is something I had always wanted to take but couldn't, such as a tennis or scuba diving course.
11. "This time next year, Ill be a fully fledged and functioning *insert degree here*."
And for some thats a scary thought.
