If you're not a high maintenance individual, you know the go to outfit is comfortable and easy to throw on. For most girls in college, that means Nike shorts or leggings and a t-shirt.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Personally, I don't mind wearing no makeup, a bun, a t-shirt and keeping my skincare routine to some face wash and moisturizer. It's all about personal preference, but if you do more than others, you have no right to judge the people who keep it simple.
So, to the girls that are told (sometimes in Odyssey articles) that what they're doing isn't enough:
You're in your early twenties.
Maybe you're in your late teens, but it's perfectly OK to still have your high school t-shirts and cute panties. You'll have time to dress like you're going to work in a law firm once you're out of college.
Don't be afraid to dress for comfort.
Let's face it, college is about comfort. If you're fully dressed to sit in a lecture hall with 400 other people for an hour, more power to ya, but some of us just don't find it necessary. No one really cares about what you're wearing. Most people are too concerned with themselves to notice you. Unless your sorority or your job requires you to wear a uniform or something close to it, you are under no obligation to dress up.
Ladies, it's your life. Wear whatever the hell you want.
