Sometimes, it’s hard. Sometimes, it feels like the world is against you. Sometimes, it feels like you fall down more than you stand up. Sometimes, it feels like nobody wants to see you succeed.

There will be more mistakes than you can count, more failures than you’d like to admit and more heartbreak than you should ever have to endure.

There will be sleepless nights, pillows full of tears and countless thoughts about wondering if you made the right decision.

People will judge you. People will look down on you and people will tell you that you can’t do it.

But you know what?

Don’t give up.

Fall down seven times, stand up eight.

If you want to do something, do it. If you want to set a goal, set it. If you want a certain job, get it.

The world is full of opportunities for you to take advantage of. You shouldn’t go after something you want just because people tell you shouldn’t.

Go after whatever you want to and never let anyone or anything stand in your way.

If life was easy, we wouldn’t be successful. If we had everything handed to us, we wouldn’t be appreciative. If everyone agreed with everything we did, we wouldn’t have any reason to go after our dreams.

It’s not going to be easy. You’ll want to give up. You’ll want to take the easy road out.

Don’t.

Set high standards for yourself. Make dreams bigger than you are. Plan out your life. Make a 5 year plan, a 10 year plan. Be the successful person you were born to be.

When the odds are stacked against you and everyone is telling you that you should give up, don’t.

When you finally reach that goal, land that job and make that dream come true, you will be on cloud nine. You will be unstoppable. You will be successful.

But do you know what else will happen?

You will prove everyone wrong. You will be able to show everyone that you did it even when they said you couldn’t. They’ll be wrong about you and they’ll be sorry that they ever doubted you.

The world is out there waiting to be conquered by you. Don’t be afraid to go after what you want because of someone’s opinion.

Life is full of challenges for a reason. It takes a strong person to overcome those challenges in order to get to what they want.

Reaching your dreams is the most amazing feeling in the world, even if it’s a small one. It’ll make you feel like you’re unstoppable and you can do anything, and that’s how you should always feel.

Start by setting goals. Write them down. Put them on post-it notes. Make a Facebook status. Constantly remind yourself of what needs to be done so you can reach your goals.

Remember that it doesn’t end when you reach a goal. Keep pushing until you’re on top of the world.
