The holidays are here — the time where people get together with their families and loved ones and do all sorts of awesome things, like bake cookies, exchange presents, sing carols, or do whatever they do to celebrate.
It is supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, however, for some it may not be.
For some, it could be the first holiday without a loved one. There also could be people who may have been disowned by their families just for being different — maybe they have a strained relationship with their parents. But no matter what your circumstance, no one should ever feel like they have to compromise their wellbeing in order to make others happy around the holidays.
Even if someone seems like they are together still check up on them you never know what someone is going through unless you ask them yourselves.

He often felt bad that he was hospitalized and that my parents were taking all the time for him but everyone was there for him, regardless that none of that was his fault.
