7. Sit outside in a peaceful spot and read your favorite book.
8. Cook yourself your favorite meal.
9. Have a little spa night with a bubble bath, a face mask and your favorite candle.
10. Make some popcorn and watch your all-time favorite movie.
11. Take a 30-minute power nap to recharge.
12. Draw or color something fun.
13. Try some deep breathing in silence.
