So, I just finished my reread of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods. I actually first read it earlier on during this year but I just had to reread it.
First of all, I love this book. I love Percy Jackson in general, and I LOVE Greek mythology. I highly recommend reading this even if you haven't read all the PJO books, although I do recommend them too. You can read them at any age!
This book is a retelling of myths to do with creation, the Titans and the Gods. My favourite stories were the beginning, the Titans, and the creations of the gods. Specifically, I loved Athena's story, as well as Poseidon's and Hera's. Rick Riordan managed to explain the myths in a funny way and relatively simple to understand (which was good considering most of the myths are confusing as hell!)
In short, I would highly recommend this book and the companion, Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes. I gave this book 5 stars.
