8 Inspiring YouTubers You Should Check Out

Caitlin Bea

This 22 year old has got it made: she's currently living it up in L.A with one of her best friends just after graduating from a college in Nebraska. She has offered advice on college life: including dorms, parties and how to find your dream sorority. But she also gets real on struggles, like the Freshman 15, losing someone close to you, and past relationships. If you're a soon-to-be-senior or just recently out of college, I'd definitely check her videos out.

Katy Bellotte

She's only 19, but she's wise beyond her years. Based on her videos, it's like she's talking directly to you, you know? She has tons of videos that explore partying and relationships, but she also has a lot of question and answer videos, where she lets you actually see her life at school or out on the town. It's like your traveling with her, without even having to leave your living room. She's currently studying abroad in Italy, so if you've ever wanted to experience some wanderlust, give her videos a look.

Sarah Belle

She's bold, hilarious and totally unique -- which is probably why this 23 year old has ranked up over 350,000 subscribers and almost 300,000 on her Instagram. She posts inspirational quotes on her social media pages, while also tweeting out her love of queso, drinks and The Bachelorette. Watching a video of hers is like hanging out with one of your closest friends. She's dished on organization tips for school and how to style yourself for jobs. If you're in need of a laugh or a smile, then I'd recommend looking up her channel.

Megan Parken

The 19 year old Texas native has always come across as honest and real, which totally shows in her videos. She does tutorials, but her real focus is to empower women and to help girls navigate through tough situations, like bullying on social media and how to survive the pressures of drinking or sex. She shares her experiences and isn't afraid to admit that she's made mistakes, which allows people to feel like she's just like them in a way. If you're ever in need of raw honesty, her channel is the place to go.

Casey Holmes

This Georgia girl is super sweet and sassy with her videos, which vary in topic from lifestyle to health to beauty. She's talked about her life, her relationships and why she's chosen what she has in terms of relationships, job/careers, and the like. Plus she actually connects with her subscribers/followers in the comments and on platforms like Twitter. If you're looking for someone that has the lowdown on how life really goes, then she's your go-to girl.

Marissa Lace

If inspiration is what you want, then inspiration is what you'll get if you follow this lively YouTuber around. She gives you book recommendations, offers self-help and other nurturing nuggets of wisdom, making you feel like you can actually conquer the world. Can't get much better than that! She even has her own line of crystalline products and speaks on the benefits of veganism, so if you're looking for someone with interesting opinions on the world, you'll love her channel and social media.

Kalyn Nicholson

This Canadian has all sorts of tips on how to live the life you've always wanted. From fun fitness videos to a blog full of decor ideas, you'll really enjoy the upbeat attitude she showcases. Plus the aesthetics she has allow you to escape into a world of calm tones and oceanic vibes -- and who doesn't love the beach, right? And if you're a coffee lover, she's constantly talking about her java obsession, so you'll feel right at home in that aspect too.

Meghan Rienks

She may be a bit quirky, but that's what makes this California girl really awesome. She is not afraid to be silly, and her videos range from vulnerable to comical. She's practically transparent, which is something you don't see a lot of the time with internet celebrities. Her social media is full of quotes, baking pictures that are totally Pinterest worthy and tons of inspiration for your future. She makes the everyday seem extraordinary, so if you want your day-to-day to feel like that, then check her out right now.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
