For those who want to try doing yoga, but don’t want to pay for classes or have a hard time getting to classes because of a hectic schedule, there are plenty of online resources that can meet your yoga needs. I recently discovered some YouTube channels that have full length yoga classes that I do on my on time at home. It is nice to be able to go at my own pace and not have to worry about rushing to get to a class on time.
Here are a couple of YouTube channels that I use.
Fightmaster Yoga
This channel includes a 30-day beginner series, a 90-day yoga challenge, “Quickie 10-15 minute classes,” ashtanga yoga, total yoga body workout and yoga for pregnancy. Fightmaster Yoga releases new yoga classes every Monday.
Yoga With Tim
Tim has a variety of video playlists like yoga for strength and balance, a beginner series, gentle and restorative yoga, and breathing meditation. New videos are released every Thursday.
Yoga With Adriene
Adriene also has a multitude of specialized video playlists like yoga for healing, yoga for runners, 20-25 minute practices, vinyasa series, yoga for weight loss and yoga on the road.
These are just three of many resources available online that make it easy to incorporate yoga into your everyday life. Whether you want to do a quick 15 minute practice or full length class, these channels have plenty of options. Search YouTube and find which instructors work best for you!
