Kevin Hart has become a household name as a funny and energetic comedian. Over the years he has pushed his way to the top. Today he is known as an actor, comedian, producer, and most recently, a writer. Kevin Hart wrote a book published in 2017 called, "I Can't Make This Up: Life Lessons." This book takes you through the life of Kevin Hart from childhood to adulthood and gives funny yet valuable lessons throughout. Following the "Mandatory Introduction," each chapter focuses on life lessons from a specific aspect of Kevin's life! Even if you aren't a so-called "reader", give this book a look because it will make you laugh, cry, and learn more in a few pages than you may in a few years!

If you need a bit of encouraging to read it, I'll give you a tiny insight!

Kevin Hart starts the lessons out by telling stories of his family. His childhood was far from perfect and bad things happened. But he chose to take certain events and laugh about it, rather than wallow in pity.

He goes on to talk about school, work, and his passions. He shows us how a strict schedule from his early life prepared him for a life on the road as a comedian. He also shares stories from his first stand up at the Laff House on an amateur night! Back then he was Lil' Kev the Bastard.

I won't spoil the whole book for you because you should definitely take the time to sit down and follow Kevin through his life and learn how this comedian came to be! If you're not a Kevin Hart fan, at least google some of his life lessons and use them to your benefit!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
