As a woman in this day in age, there is nothing more important than learning your self-worth. Especially being a woman of color, knowing your worth is truly important. Before learning what it truly meant to be a woman, it made me confused because there were so many definitions of what it truly means to be a woman. What does self-worth truly mean?

I'll tell you that the question certainly is not an easy one to answer. Knowing your self-worth is one of the most important values to have as a woman. it allows you to be comfortable in your own skin to know what you want in life versus what you don't want. In a way, I look at this in a perspective of what makes me happy. The things in life that truly make it as enjoyable as possible would have to be how I can truly live my best life. By surrounding myself with people who will only lift me higher and not lower are the best kinds of people.

However, keeping a guarded personality is also important. Being kind is easy. However being kind for the right reasons is also important. It is something in which people tend to try and keep themselves from a well-ordered perspective. The more you stress out about trying to impress those that are around you, the less you feel like yourself. It means that you're out trying to not happy for the sake of being happy. All it means is that you are simply living for the sake to impress others.

If there is anything that I have learned over the past couple of years is that being happy to make your happiness stay is something that no one realizes how important it truly is. Finding happiness is not something that just comes 's overnight. Happiness is natural and relaxing once you just allow it to come to you. It's a feeling that no one can take away from you unless you let them. Just because one person is unhappy all the time does not mean that you should be.

Good things are always yet to come. It may not come when you want it to, but it always come's the best way possible. 'A Negative Mind Will Never Give You A Positive Life.' For those out there that are always saying that nothing is possible...think again. There are going to be times where you get anxious and nervous because something is not coming in the time that you want it to come. It will come once you keep working towards it, and the results will turn out to your surprise! It's okay to feel stressed sometimes. We as human beings tend to have voices in our head sometimes when things don't always work out. Good things are yet to come.
