America has had more than one political party for centuries, but now more than ever there is a growth in an Independent Party; or those who favor some aspects of both political parties.

I'm an Independent, but...

I believe in conceal and carry of documented and back ground checked individuals. There are situations where it would be beneficial to be able to protect yourself and those around you. I also support the humane and healthy way of killing for food.

I'm an Independent, but...

I support stricter laws towards guns. I think there should be a different system set than what we have now. Right now almost anyone can walk in and get a gun on the spot. I think it should take a process of steps with an individual having no criminal record of any kind. It would create a much safer environment for everyone.

I'm an Independent, but...

I'm Pro-Life and Pro-Choice. Yes, I said it folks I am for life and a woman's choice. I most certainly believe it should be minimal weeks into a pregnancy if it were necessary. But the only case when it should be is when it's in the case of rape. If a woman gets pregnant and decides not to go through with it because she "isn't ready" then maybe next time don't have sex or use better protection. There isn't a reason you should punish that little life for your foolish mistakes.

I'm an Independent, but...

I am a strong believer in equality rights for men and women. There should be equality in any work place, along with wages and salary. It's 2016 and statistically it shows that both men and women both do the same amount of work for different wages.

I'm an Independent, but...

I think there should be a higher minimum wage. We have an extremely small minimum wage in the U.S. for how expensive our housing market is. Most families in the U.S. can't afford, and may never be able to afford a typical home in America.

I'm an Independent, but...

We should have college that is far less expensive than it is now. Most public universities are around 20K without scholarships, and even with those tuition is still outrageous including a meal plan and a dorm. It is so difficult for parents to be able to send their children to college so they can have a better life for themselves and make more than minimum wage. We should be willing to help others go to school, that way there will be more educated people who will then have higher paying jobs and can make a living wage. This will decrease poverty and crime significantly.

You sure can believe in multiple aspects of both parties. Remember that this is America and you are entitled to your own opinions. So don't just choose someone because of their political party, chose who would be the best President of our country.
