It's always hard deciding what you want for Christmas, just like its hard deciding on what you want to major in in college and you have to find the one that describes you best. So what if we combined the two? What Christmas gift would you be based on your major if you were wrapped up and sitting under a Christmas tree?
1. Communications - iPhone
Communications majors are all about staying up to date on what's happening in the world and how else would you do that in today's world without a smartphone.
2. Chemistry - Swell water bottle
One of the simplest molecule structures, water is something we can't live without and chemistry's universal solvent.
3. Music - Beats headphones
Music majors are a class pair of headphones because how else are you going to listen to your music without annoying the person next to you.
4. English - book
English majors study literature so what else would an English major be besides a classic novel?
5. Psychology - clothing
What you wear says a lot about who you are, what you like, and how you feel, everything a psychologist is studying.
6. Nursing - Bath and Body Works
Nurses are there to keep you healthy and happy. Bath and Body Works does the same for your skin - it cleans, exfoliates and moisturizes your skin for the happiest, healthiest you.
7. Business - Tablet
Business majors provide a broad exposure to what makes an organization function, and how would we function without Netflix, email, internet, and more all in one, easily accessible place.
8. Education - Board game
Educational yet fun, just like a teacher.
9. IST - Drone
IST majors learn about new technology, how it works, and how we use it and drones are one of the newest technology fads today. They can be used for business and fun but they also pose security risks - something IST majors have to manage.
10. Art - camera
Art majors express their creativity through their work, and whether the camera is used to capture a meaningful moment or just have fun, that's what art is all about.
11. Physical Therapy - Fitbit
Physical therapists are all about rehabilitation and keeping their patients healthy. A Fitbit lets the user know what their heart rate is, how many steps they've taken, and how many flights of stairs they've climbed. It keeps you accountable and keeps you moving.
12. Undecided - gift cards
Gift cards are the classic "I didn't know what to get you" gift and undecided is the "I don't know what I'm doing yet" major.
