Journalists are naturally curious people.
We're constantly looking in the world around us for something new to learn and write about.
Whether I'm at school, the grocery store or the beach, I often find myself wondering about those around me.
"What's their name? What are they doing here? What's their story? Who are they?"
This tends to happen more when I travel.
Whenever I'm in a restaurant in a new place, I always look at the people surrounding me.
All of them lead different lives and have different stories to tell.
And I will hear none of them.
We're all just traveling and there is a 99.9% chance that I will never see these people again.
I'll never get the chance to tell their stories.
