Now I know people will rant and rave about their Apple Watches, and I used to not get it, but I just got one and it has changed my life. I could never have imagined how much I love having this watch. Especially because I am not a watch person in general. I rarely wear watches, like at all, but now that I have my apple watch, it feels like I've always had it on.

There are so many great things about having an Apple Watch. One of the best things is the sheer convenience of it, especially for use at work. In my job, I have different people/ workers who need to reach me, so having the watch really helps me receive those notifications easier. Another great thing about my watch is that I don't always have to have my phone on me. The watch that I purchased is the one that also has cellular attached to it. This basically means that I pay my phone company an extra charge to be able to have cellular data on my phone. So if I need to run to the store or the laundry room and I don't want to bring my phone, all I would need is my watch. I am able to answer phone calls, texts, and other necessary messages, as well as, receive other notifications that I normally get on my phone.

In addition to these wonderful amenities, for all of my fitness people out there, it is a great way to keep track of your workouts. There are a few different apps on the watch that allows for this. You can track everything from calories to steps and even to the number of hours you stand for throughout the day. There is even an app that will remind you to breathe, which is especially helpful if you work in any kind of stressful situation.

There are so many other cool features that the watch comes with, now I won't give away everything, but one last thing that I really enjoy is the Walkie-Talkie app that comes with the watch. It basically is exactly what it sounds like. The app lets you instantly chat back and forth with your friends who also have Apple Watches. This is great for quick questions or just a nice little encouraging message throughout the day. Especially if you don't have the time to send a text, the Walkie-Talkie app is extremely helpful.

Even though Apple Watches can be a little expensive, they are definitely something that is worth investing in. If you are going to spend the money on a nice watch in general, why not buy one that can be super useful as well. In the end, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My watch is so helpful and it is kind of weird to think that until a week ago I didn't have one. Technology may be superimposing on our culture, but there are some things that the advancement of technology has done really well.
