I’ve been a hard-core Netflix girl for over five years, whether it is watching "Riverdale" or re-watching all ten seasons of "Friends" again, I was addicted to Netflix. Until my roommate and I wanted to watch "America’s Next Top Model" and alas Netflix did not have any episode. So, my roommate caved and signed up for the Hulu 30-day free trial.
And we were shook.
Hulu has everything! Or almost everything that Netflix doesn’t have. Social media keeps saying that Netflix needs to have "Drake & Josh," "This Is Us," "Designated Survivor," etc. People without a Hulu account are without the knowledge that you can watch almost four seasons of "Drake & Josh" on Hulu. The number of movies and reality TV shows Hulu contains made me want to only have a Hulu account.
Can you even ignore that "The Bachelor," "The Bachelorette," and "Bachelor in Paradise" are also on Hulu 12 hours after they premiere? I can’t.
Netflix will always hold a place in my heart but nothing compares to the number of options Hulu has. In fact, the only thing I would change about Hulu is the website needs updating. Flaws aside, Hulu has so many amazing qualities that need to be appreciated.
Now, I'm going to go back and finished watching "Bachelor In Paradise" (man, Dean is a jerk).
