With a new semester in full swing, every college student everywhere is officially facing full stress mode. And if you're anything like me, that means you're on the verge of a complete shut down and ready to throw in the towel altogether. But, we aren't letting that happen this semester. We're going to stay as stress-free as possible this semester and get those 4.0s that we all deserve! As long as we stay productive! And luckily, this list is here to help!

1. Make a goal list.

Hold yourself accountable for what you want to achieve, and then you will! Go goals!

2. Go to class... EVERYDAY.

Self-explanatory. Skipping makes you behind in your work, so just go to class and stay on top of it, and you'll feel so much more productive.

3. Create a schedule.

Whether it's on your phone or written in a planner. PLAN. OUT. YOUR. TIME. That way you don't feel overwhelmed all at once, and you can split larger things up into smaller parts!

4. Set aside days to get things done.

Plan a laundry day, a cleaning day, a food shopping day, etc. That way you know when to get all the bigger things out of the way, and you have a prepared list of all the errands you need to get accomplished (Aka, you can check everything off when you're done... hello motivation).

5. Wake up early.

This one is super hard, I know. But the earlier you wake up, the more time you have in your day to get things done! Don't waste a perfectly good day to be productive, get up and get it done.

6. Get involved.

Getting involved makes you way more excited to go to campus! It gives you something to look forward to, and also helps meet new people! And who doesn't love friends to hold you accountable to get things done?!

7. Stay on a workout routine.

Way easier said than done, I know. But staying on a workout routine makes you feel better, and even helps eliminate stress! AND... staying on a workout schedule helps you feel even more productive than you already are while keeping yourself looking good! It's a win win!

8. Limit your time on social media.

I know, another one way easier said than done. But honestly, this helps me so much! Especially when I'm in the library in between classes trying to bang out all my assignments instead of sitting on my phone. But, imagine if you studied as much in that senior seminar as much as you work on your Instagram aesthetic? That 4.0 wouldn't be so hard to achieve!

"Make good use of today. Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction."

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
