Some people have real children, and some people have fur babies. I am one of those people who has a fur baby, and it is obvious to anybody who follows me on social media. I love my fur baby more than anything in the world. My fur baby isn't a dog though, like most people's. Mine is a cat, and he is the most precious thing in the world. Here are some signs that you are one purrrrrfect cat mom:

1. You take your baby on car rides.

You love being with your child at all moments of the day. That includes taking a trip up the road to McDonald's.

2. Your camera roll is 90% your cat.

Probably even more than that though. All I do is take pictures of my son.

3. You refer to your cat as "son" or "daughter."

People may look at you like you're crazy, but you don't care.

4. Your friends even refer to your cat as your child.

You know it's real when your friends acknowledge it.

5. 9/10 of your Snapchat stories are of your child.

Your Snapchat friends may be tired of it, but that's because they don't understand the bond between a mother and her child.

6. Going a weekend without seeing your cat breaks your heart.

I spend every moment that I can with my child, so when I don't get to see him for a couple days, I get so sad.

My sweet cat-son will always have a special place in my heart. He is the most precious thing. He definitely is much better than a human baby.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
