Finishing up my sophomore year of college there are a lot of thoughts going on. First off, where did the time go?
Like I’m honestly confused...I feel like I graduated high school a month ago. Also, do I have to start thinking about grad school? Law school? Get a real job? I’m still nervous when I have to call the doctor so I’m not sure how that is gonna go…
Time needs to slow down. I need more than two years with my college friends, going to class, and living in the prettiest city in the world.
I’m also 20. TWENTY.
I’m not even a teen anymore. Who knows what’ll happen in the next 2 years let alone the next decade? Graduate? Married? Kids? I have no idea, all I know is that if I have to LIVE IT UP the next two years before I run out of time. So if you are halfway through college, let’s agree together to make the next two years the best we’ve ever had. We know the ropes of college now, we know how to study and how to prioritize and what the most fun things are to do on weekends.
WHAT TO DO FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS: study, study, study.
Let’s graduate with a FIRE GPA. Workout, eat well, socialize, sleep just the right amount, party, write, read, watch some Netflix, go to the beach, try new foods, meet new people, make some money, spend some money, but mostly: live.
Let’s make every decision with the greater good in mind, and have fun and make memories...because we only have two more years of college memories left.
