We all know that finals week is one of the most stressful times of the year and for it to happen during the most wonderful time of the year is a disaster. This finals week has been one for the books with the amount of L’s I’ve taken, but here’s a list of things you can do to de-stress after finals are over and maybe even during finals.
1) Go Sledding
If you are in a place that has snow go take a load off and be 5 years old again. Go have fun in the snow and forget about the finals for a minute
2) Watch a movie
Take a break from studying and watch a movie. Let your brain rest and recharge and then study after the movie. Cuddle into a blanket with some hot chocolate and popcorn.
3) Take a nap
After staying up all night studying for that one final that makes or breaks your grade you deserve a nap
4) Or maybe even sleep for 13 hours
I only recommend this if you’re done with finals because we all know how sleep deprived finals can make you
5) Enjoy the time off
Honestly just enjoy your break in any way that you need because you want to be refreshed and recharged for next semester
