We all aspire to be, do and have great things.
Yet, most of us simply aren’t creating the results we want. Maybe because we’re distracted and aren’t focused, we’re entertaining people and situations we know won’t do us any good in the future, we don’t have enough money, romance, success, or joy in our lives.
However, what we must understand is that greatness exists in all of us. It is simply up to us to pull it out of ourselves, and I am going to tell you how to apply it.
Before You Begin This Quest:
You must know what you really want, and don’t think of “how” you will get it. After you figure this utmost desire(s), write it on a card in present tense – this is now your goal card. You will carry this card around you at all times.
You can put it in your wallet, the back of your phone case – so long as it is in a place you will reference it often. Referring to this card on a daily basis will drill your desires into your subconscious, and help implement them into your life.
Also, ask these questions often to make sure you stay on the right path to attaining your desires:
Are these goals really what you want in life?
Can you imagine bigger?
Are you letting fear deter you?
Are you answering your soul’s true calling with this?
At Night:
It is scientifically proven that how you fall asleep determines what appears in your daily life.
If you fall asleep angry or with defeat on your conscious, negativity will exhibit itself in your life. Actually, we start our day who we fell asleep the night before. So, ask yourself this one question before you go to sleep:
If your wishes were fulfilled, how would you feel?
Record a voice note of yourself reciting positive affirmations, because your subconscious trusts your own choice, which is why we must attain a strong inner voice. If you are unsure of how to do this, YouTube, and a podcast (for iPhone users) I listen to almost every morning by former All American and NFL Running back, Niyi Sobo has great examples on how to do so.
Lastly, don’t fall asleep feeling stressed or like you’ve failed. We all must fall several times before we can succeed. The greatest and most successful were denied, rejected and failed multiple times in their lifetime.
The difference between you and them is that they didn’t let their defeat determine the rate of their success.
In the Morning:
When you wake up in the morning, set your intention for the day. If you want to have a good day, you have to put into the universe that the day is yours, and that no one and nothing will ruin it.
If you recall any dreams you may have had, write them down. Also, write five things that you are grateful for, and once you get into this routine, increase to ten, and begin to include dreams you wish to manifest.
During the Day:
Do what makes you smile.
Whether its reading, writing, listening to music, going for walks, talking to a friend, etc. – whatever lightens your mood is the route you want to take.
Also, write about your desires as if they’ve already happened. Some of us are scared to talk our dreams and utmost desires into action, because others may think that our methods are absurd or we attain some doubt that leads us to believe that our dreams won’t be fulfilled.
However, when you speak your dreams into the universe and claim that they are already coming true, the universe works with you to achieve them.
Lastly, visualize your life assuming the desire has already come true:
How do you feel?
What are you wearing?
Where are you?
Truly getting what you want in life with no optimism, serious dreaming or active imagination is difficult, because achieving your ultimate goals and desires requires you to do things (and otherwise think things) that the average person wouldn't do.
But, taking these steps day by day and forming them into a steady habit, will most assuredly lead to your success.
