" Spongebob Squarepants" is a show meant for children, but I've found that my life as a college student is pretty similar to what goes on in the Bikini Bottom. Take a look at these 12 horrors of college life depicted by this crazy show.
1. First, this is you when you wake up...on a good day.
Your alarm rings and you wake up with a 5 o'clock shadow even though you've never had facial hair before and your eyebrows are a mess but that's just how you look now.
2. When you finally get out of bed and look at yourself in the mirror.
Once you convince yourself that this so, then you can move on with your day
3. When you get to your 8 a.m. and you are asked to do the bare minimum.
Brain. Doesn't. Function.
4. When you look at your planner for the week and see all the assignments that are due.
There is no physical way that I will survive the week.
5. When you get to your second class of the day.
This is actual live footage of me.
6. After you take an exam and you no longer need that information in your short-term memory.
Studied for 12 hours for a Gen Ed. class and failed the exam anyway.
7. When you're walking around on campus and a group of freshman start staring at you.
I'm well aware I look like I just spent the night in a dumpster. Please avert your eyes.
8. When you go to the Starbucks on campus to just stare out the window and have an existential crisis.
It happens to the best of us.
9. Your friends trying to cheer you up on a bad day.
At least they try their best!
10. When you get to an exam and don't know the answer to the first question.
Test anxiety is such a curse.
11. When someone asks you what you're planning on doing after graduation.
Never has this scene been more accurate.
12. All in all, this is just my life in a few snapshots.
College is a struggle, but it'll be worth it in the end (hopefully)!
