Eating balanced meals that contain a spectrum of colors supplies the body with the nutrients it needs to fight off illness.
4. Life for life
Gut health is extremely important to maintain a healthy immune system. Kombucha contains live probiotic bacteria that improves gut health.
5. Lighten up
Spending time in the sun supplies the body with sufficient vitamin D; which is vital for a healthy immune system.
