1. Excitement
You are home for the holidays! No more school. No papers or projects. You can spend time with family, old friends, and pets without the panic of school looming over you. Yeah, in a lot of people's cases they have to work, but I mean money is great. Better yet, the holidays are so close.
2. Panic
Once the realization of how close the holidays are sets in, I begin panic moment. Usually because I realize I still have Christmas shopping to do. So, panic mode sets in as I take trips to the mall and shop on Amazon taking full use of Amazon Prime.
3. Cheerful
When the shopping is finished, the Christmas cheer is in the air. Time to watch Christmas movies with my family and do family traditions. It's a fun time that I looked forward to.
4. Relaxed
Then the real relaxation starts. A time to just kick back and enjoy myself. Maybe play some new video games or go out to the movies. There's no more holiday shopping to be stressed about and it's fantastic.
5. Stressed
Towards the end of the much needed three week break, I realize that I need to start preparing for the next semester. My stress meter starts to go up. I have to repack to come back to my dorm. I need to start going through my schedule. There's textbooks to be bought.
