1. Healthy breakfast
Start the day in the best way. Eat healthy, nutritious foods to fuel your body and get the day going. This may consist of oatmeal, eggs, a smoothie, and more.
2. Nutritious snacks
Instead of eating a chocolate bar between every class, have some granola clusters, a granola bar, or an apple to keep your body feeling good and energized throughout the day.
3. Dinner on the early side
Try to eat dinner a few hours before you go to bed, this will give your digestive system the time it needs digest what was consumed. Keep the before bed snacking to a minimum!
4. Simple exercise every other day
If you are not the type to enjoy exercise, simply take a long walk every other day or life a few weights. A little act will eventually add up.
5. Attend a workout class once a week
Force yourself! Make your body work and sweat. There is no better feeling that completing a workout you didn't think you were capable of and there is really no better feeling than a good sweat.

Resist the temptations of ordering those chicken fingers when you are out at a resturant with friends. Instead, be bold and get that healthy salad.
