Currently laughing my ass off writing this, because before we start writing an article it asks if it is "standard" or "news." Well, this may be standard to some people and news to others, but Donald J. Trump is our President.

He is my president, your president, our president. The United States of America's 45th president is Mr. Trump.

Before he became the Republican nominee, he was not my favorite candidate either, but when it was just him against the Clinton campaign I cut my losses and backed him fully. The election is long over. He was just inaugurated; it's time kids.

It is time to come together as one nation, under God, and back your 45th president. Wanting Mr. Trump to fail is like wanting the ship you are on to sink. Not liking him is your right, protesting is your right, but it will not change how the cards have fallen.

So stop saying "FDT" and "He is not my President." Because, he is and for the next four years he will be, and it is your job as an American citizen to sit back and wish him the best, because his success reflects on the entire nation, you included.

So, God bless America-- and its new president, Donald J. Trump.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
