When the leaves start turning brown, the air starts to pick up and the temperature slowly begins to drop, you know what time it is; it's fall time. Or as I like to call it, cliche white girl time.
Even though I LOVE fall and all the giddy feelings it entails, there are a couple of things of the season that annoy me.
Here are a few:
1. Pumpkin Spice Anything
Enough with the pumpkin, y'all. Yes, it's a beautiful color and yes, it is soo good. But, we have been getting wayyy to obsessed over a vegetable that happens to grow underground and used to carry Cinderella. So, please, leave it alone. Try new flavors and give it a break.
2. Booties
First off, what a horrible name for a shoe that doesn't really lift your butt up. Second, they all look the exact same. Designers have literally stuffed the idea of having a combat boot, add a heel to it and consider it "appropriate for fall". What happened to the normal boot or the average tennis shoe. They the need to use a boot that gives you blisters instead of support. Let's be smart, ladies.
3. Tribal Print Cardigans
Let's get one thing straight; tribal print is not an autumn accessory. Tribal prints are for what they sound like: tribes. The material used, the design and meaning behind it carries value to different tribes and cultures around the nation. Also, just because you wear one, doesn't mean you will look like Pocahontas. Plus, you don't look original at all. Find something new and be yourself.
4. Pictures of "fancy" your coffee
It's coffee, man. The same one you drink at a gas station. Use your awesome photography skills for a better picture and stop loading the internet. Thanks.
5. Furry bags
Yes, they are cute, but it basically looks like your either holding a hidden cat or cousin It's child from the Adams Family. Not to mention how much hair is lost off it and left on your clothes.
Like I said, I love fall. Just hate the common trends of today.
