It's almost summer time and all the new trends are coming out. Summer is right around the corner and so are the new trends that are making a comeback statement. This summer is all about makeup, hair and the bright and bold accessories. These summer trends are about catching people's eye with those bold accessories, those beautiful hairstyles, and those flawless faces. These trends are going to make you feel cool for the summer. Now, I'm going to talk about the trends in these three categories: hair, makeup and accessories.

1. Hair

Hairstyles has evolved over time. We tend to look at our favorite celebrities, to see what hairstyles they have. It's common to wear weaves and wigs and different hair pieces. One hairstyle trend that's been popular now is "Boxer Braids." Boxer Braids were formally known as Cornrows. Cornrows were created as a protective style for African American women when putting in weaves. Now, Kim Kardashian is wearing these braids and a trendsetter for renaming and wearing these Boxer Braids. Another hair trend would be, men buns. Men are now rocking buns. This is a popular trend. Even male models on the runway are wearing buns now. Buns are now a unisex hairstyle for men and women. The last hairstyle trend is the Cleopatra haircut. I've seen this trend everywhere. Reality TV stars, celebrities and models have been rocking this hair cut. This is another popular hairstyle trend for the summer.

2. Makeup

There are a lot of makeup trends for the summer and a lot of makeup brands. I'm only going to talk about the popular makeup brands for the summer and the costs. Makeup is a huge business and is very popular since way back. Makeup has changed over time. Makeup was used before to hide imperfections and cover up dark spots. Now, makeup is used for even tones and gives you a flawless look. the most popular makeup brands are MAC, Sephora, Bare Minerals, Fashion Fair, Covergirl, Revlon and E.L.F. These brands range in costs from high to low. Sephora, MAC,Fashion Fair Bare Minerals are the brands that are high-end makeup. Covergirl, Revlon, and E.L.F. are the low-end brands that you normally can get at the drugstore.

3. Accessories

Accessories are what makes our garments pop! In the summer, accessories tend to make a bold statement to your clothing. Accessories are what we use to add that extra dazzle to our look. There are many different accessory trends. Here are some popular accessory trends. Body chains and head chains are popular for the summer. Ankle bracelets are popular for the summer. Smaller handbags is another trend. Big bold sunglasses are a huge trend for the summer.
