Alright so I love to travel, that is just who I am. I love seeing the world and seeing what is out there. Now if you if are like me and love to travel, here are some helpful hits that might help you with your next trip

1. Take copies of everything

I mean your passport, license, or birth certificate. This is especially important if you are going out of the country. You never know when you might accidentally lose your passport, license or birth certificate. So having a copy can help you in that case. Also, make sure to leave the copies with a trustworthy person.

2. Book everything in advance

There is nothing worse than getting to the place you are supposed to be staying and they don't have any room for you, (happened to me once not fun). So just make sure that everything is booked in advanced and keep checking to make sure they still have it many times.

3. Pack cash (or what currency the place you are going has)

Although you might be traveling with a credit card or a debit card, there is always a chance the card won't work where you are. This is why it is always good to pack cash with you, in the case of emergencies.

4. Do not over pack

Now I know that for girls at least we have to pack everything under the sun, guys you throw shorts, underwear and a few shirts in a bag and call it good one minute before the flight. Girls we spend forever, but let's be honest, we don't need those twelve shirts when really we are going to be wearing one. Also, we don't need those twenty pairs of shorts. Trust me this will make it easier for you to travel and give you more room to take home those goodies that you pick up on your trip.

And here is my last trip for anybody who is going on a trip in the near future

5. HAVE FUN!

I mean this have as much fun as you possibly can and do anything you possibly can, even if it sounds crazy. Enjoy your time while you're traveling because traveling is the best thing you can do, so please have fun and make memories.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
