North Smithfield

The town of many possibilities. This small town has a lot of great stuff to do.

1. Restaurants

If you want to eat and don't know where you want to go. Come to the town of North Smithfield and enjoy different varieties of food. For lunch and dinner you can go to the Beef Barn. The Beef Barn has been around for a very long time. This is actually one of my favorite places to get a quick meal with excellent service. Who wouldn't want a hot dog at the Beef Barn? If your not really interested in beef, you could go to Coffee & Cream. But here's the catch- Coffee & Cream isn't open until 3am and closes at 11am. So basically you'll have to stay up all night for the best breakfast in town! Coffee & Cream is right next door to the Beef Barn.

Let's say you don't want to eat in that plaza. How about we go to Gator's Pub. Gator's Pub has a variety of great tasting food. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. Gator's Pub has the best popcorn around. Once you sit down, they serve you a bowl of popcorn. Who can resist popcorn? I know I can't.

Let's talk about the Pines. Best family style chicken in North Smithfield. I love how their chicken always comes out moist. The bowl of soup is super hot and tastes great when you're cold and hungry. They have a great bar where you can watch your favorite sports. I highly recommend the Pines.

Village Haven has the best tasting soup that you'll ever have. Especially if the soup is unlimited. You honestly can't go wrong with soup. It heats you up and makes you feel like a whole new person.

Are you ready for dessert? I know I am after thinking about all of those restaurants! Wright's Dairy Farm has the best dessert in town! From their famous brownies, to their homemade ice cream. If you have a birthday coming up, they'll customize that cake just the way you want. My favorite thing at Wright's Dairy Farm would have to be their chocolate chip muffins. The biggest and best muffin I've ever had. It's even better than Dunkin Donuts. We also have the Homestead Creamery for some amazing ice cream! What can you do in North Smithfield, you ask? Well let me tell you. You can go to the Wide World of Indoor Sports. Depending on what day it is, you can catch yourself at a dog show. Trust me, these dogs are super cute and you honestly just can't get enough of them. If you don't make it to the dog show, then maybe you can make it to soccer practice.

You can go to the North Smithfield Public Library and check out our books and services. I like to go there and read. No need to take any books home if you're spending a couple of hours there in the nice quiet environment. Some people have even fallen asleep there.

The best activity that I love doing in North Smithfield is going to the Rustic Drive-In. You get to be warm in your car as you watch a movie that you've wanted to see. No need to get out and walk to your seats. You drive right in and park. Pay one price and stay and watch two movies.

You could also go to the park. The park is a great way for you to find them Pokemon, that everyone's been so crazy about.
