5 Pictures Of My Gorgeous Cat, Oreo

My cat is beautiful. His name is Oreo, he's black and white, as you might have guessed from his name. He's cute, snuggly, introverted (like me), and caring.

My family has a friend who is a professional photographer, and he graciously took some gorgeous pictures of my cat. I have to share them with the world because, why not?

Thank you to my parent's extremely talented friend Soumya Nandy for taking these stunning pictures.

1. Hello, I'm frightened

My cat doesn't really like people (outside of our family), so this is him frightened with a stranger about to take his photo.

2. Ok, I've gotten a little bit more comfortable

He's got a pretty whiskered face, and they're perfectly outlined in this picture.

3. Alright, I've got the hang of this

It seems like he's more comfortable with the camera now, and is trying out new poses!

4. Oh, the eyes

Oreo has mesmerizing eyes. If you look at his right eye (left in this picture) he has a cute little dot at the bottom of his pupil.

5. Looking far, far, away

This is by far my favorite. Oreo is just looking off into the distance, who knows where. And the cute green tint around his black pupil is stunning.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
