Why Do I Love God So Much Anyway?

I bet He can talk you into transformation before 2019.

Why do Christians talk about God so much? Why do we cry when anyone brings up Jesus's name? Why do we love control and consciousness of ourselves in worship? Why do we worship him anyway...

The experiences you get with God can't be found anywhere else. I kid you not, I would put my life on it.

God is indescribable so it's 100% normal if you've talked to him or felt him talking to you or felt anything that seemed like he was present and you couldn't describe it. Because he is a God. He isn't human like me and you. He's very different and to be amazed but he is God.

Can I tell you right quick what he's shown me in my life about him?

He can heal depression. In a second. That's my testimony.

That testimony that he gave me was so painful I would ALWAYS question 'Why am I having these negative thoughts?', 'Why is suicide on my mind?', 'Why would I even think that's an option?' and more. But with every bit of seriousness, He saved my entire soul, mind, and spirit from all that negativity that I couldn't leave God even if I wanted to. And I'll always be better for it.

More recently, he's given me testimonies dealing with people. I don't know if you personally have experienced anything like this before but, if you let him, he'll show you how to keep a pure heart life even when you're dealing with people who friends turned into enemies.

Now... I've always believed that enemies or people that purely don't like me for no reason are easier to deal with because you know where they stand. But there's something about someone who you used to open yourself up to as if you didn't see their backstabbing coming and then they start speaking negatively about you.

Anything with a heart knows that pain can feel awful. It can make you sick if you don't know what to do with all of that.

Life is hard and it can make you sick. But I'm telling you, God has all the answers.

Why is pride important not to follow? Why do Christians get convicted about doing things? Why is purity in important? What does celibacy have to do with purity? Why are Christians wanting to be pure?

In life, soul ties are real.

How real? They're so real you don't have to have sex to have them. They're so real it can be with a friend that you refuse to let go of that's influencing you to make simple mistakes and not meet simple goals.

How real are idols? They're so real, they don't have to be famous or even well-liked for you to pick one. You can stat idolizing anything.

How real is lust? It's so real that it perverts things. Therefore, it doesn't even have to be something sexy to you for you to want it or for you to start lusting after it. This can often be found in relationships that you didn't intend to have certain thoughts, fantasies, or intimate moments with that you later feel uncomfortable, convicted or ashamed of.

This stuff is real and you can be doing all of these things and more and be completely unaware of it. I've had people that, because of how they look on paper, you'd never expect reaching out to me about things they're struggling with in secret. As a Christian, it's our job to be able to confide in each other and keep these things in a safe, confidential place for others so I never disclose the details or names.

But I promise that that's right where the enemy wants you. He wants you to live in the dark because shame makes you want to hide. He wants you to do stuff in the dark and in secret so you'll have felt too ashamed to try to be anything better or holy.

But God can afford YOU and ANYTHING you've ever done. I would put my life on that as well. That might sound crazy but my God specializes in handling the 'crazy' stuff that you don't tell anyone about. He specializes in that disgusting, sick, don't know how to listen, prideful, egotistical side of you. He can clean all that up if you let him.

That is what The Gospel is all about. God sent his son, who is God and perfect, and put him in flesh/humanity so he can relate to us. This is Jesus Christ. I will forever be a student in awe of the bible stories because they show me how Jesus Christ has already walked out everything anyone could ever experience and he did it by God's will. He fulfilled his purpose and honored God through it all.

How did he do this? Because he had the Holy Spirit within him to guide him. Jesus died on the cross so that you could be saved and accept him as your savior. You will be accepting The Holy Spirit in your life and deciding to live by God as your Father to lead you through life by his will.

I've tried to do life on my own. I've tried it my way and it's left me in some bad, unfulfilled, sick, lustful, prideful, depressed, low and even more ways that I'm missing. Maybe you feel the same way.

There's more to life than your bad times. There's more to life than your mood swings and dealing with pain. There's more specifically if you believe that you needed to or that you read this for a reason.

I used to not think so until I learned about a man named Jesus. He will be your protector. He'll be your provider. He'll be your best friend. He'll be there for you when it seems like the world is against you. God is the creator of all things and he'll teach you who you are. He'll show you his glory in your life if you let your own understanding down for once and follow him.

He'll change your life in ways you can't find or experience anywhere else no matter how hard you look. He'll always be that thing that you're looking for even if you try to settle for other things to feed your soul. Nothing will ever be able to feed your soul and fill you up and keep you fulfilled with a love that doesn't run dry like God does. Absolutely nothing can compete with his love for you.

You'll never be able to find someone to love you like God. He loves you no matter what. He loves you whether you believe in him or not because his love is pure and unconditional. He WANTS to love you with your heart open. He WANTS to fill you up. He WANTS to protect you. He WANTS to be your peace of mind when people, the world and circumstances are driving you crazy. He WANTS you to build generational wealth. He WANTS you to have a good, healthy and pure life in ALL areas of health (spiritual, emotional, mental, physical).

I dare you to just try him. Try Him and I promise you won't regret it.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
