Strength can be defined in two ways: those who are physically strong, like lifting heavy things, and then there are those who are mentally strong.
Although mental strength can sometimes be hard to define, I’m sure we all have a good picture in our heads of what mental strength is. With every new day, we face new challenges that test our strength as a whole and sometimes we’ve just had enough. We give up in a sense.
We all have had those days. The days where we think that we just can’t do it anymore. The days where we just don’t want to do it anymore, we’ve lost most, if not all, of our strength and motivation to continue. But that’s okay. It’s okay to have these days. It’s okay to want to have a god cry or stay in bed all day. Just pick yourself back up the next day and try again. Just keep a few things in mind when you feel like you just can’t anymore:
