Thank you for always being my biggest fan, my number one supporter, and brother I never had.

Having girlfriends is one of the greatest gifts of all time, but quite honestly nothing in the world can compare to having guy friends.

Some of my favorite memories to look back on are not the big events in our lives, but the simple late night gatherings where we would stay up and talk for hours or taking long car rides talking about life. If I could go back in time and relive those nights I would do it in a heartbeat. There are times where I think back to the first time we met and think about how different my life would be without you, but how grateful I am that I do not actually have to experience that. Without you, I would be lost.

I know, at times, I can be stubborn and annoying, but for some reason, you always stick around-- you are my guiding light through the darkness.

When it comes to boys I have to apologize. I know I never listen to you and you are always right. You can see the jerks before I do every single time, but I still never listen to what you have to say when I know I should. Despite not listening to you, you still always give me your shoulder to cry on. You are always looking out for me and will always have my back. If a boy breaks my heart I know you will be the first to find him. Even though I usually do not listen I appreciate knowing you will always have my back, especially when it comes to dealing with boys and heartaches. I have learned that many boys will break my heart through life, but you will always be the one to help put me back together.

I believe people come into your life for a reason and I know you are in my life for many reasons.

It is funny when you think about the first time you meet someone you never know how permanent or relevant they will be in you life for years to come, but some friendships you just know-- even if you have to push them harder than other.

When I need a good laugh you are always there. When I need a shoulder to cry on you are always there. When I need someone by my side you are always there. When I need someone to help me face reality you are always there. When I need protection you are always there.

There is a special bond that comes between a guy and girl that is unlike any other friendship. It is the kind of friendship that no one will understand and most people will just assume you are dating.This kind of friendship is a hard to come by so hold it close to your heart and never let it go.
