Calling your mom every other day or not flaking on coffee dates with friends will speak miles. You will even improve your relationships by doing so.

Listen up, they might not tell you this but your parents would LOVE IT if you helped them clean the house. A pre-holiday party scrub down of your house will not only brighten everyone's mood but alleviate the stress off your parents. Cook your friends or family something to eat one night. Even the worst cooks can figure out some easy recipes. Even better? Use stuff that's already in the house.

7. Clarity

Everyone wants to achieve clarity even if they don't know they want to achieve clarity. Offer to sit down and meditate one day with your friends and family. When you're done, you can talk about what your focus was on.

If you guys go to the same gym or offer free passes, offer to work out with your friend or family member. Sometimes the best motivation is to do it with someone else. If you talk instead of listening to music, you might forget you're even working out.
