Getting Through The Day As Told By Vines
DM News

Getting through the day can be insanely hard sometimes. It might cause you to want to rip your hair out,or scream at the top of your lungs. You know what always used to make the day brighter? Looking at a hilarious Vine. Rest in peace to the most amazing app on the market. Who's ready for V2? I know I am. Anyway, I've gathered up the emotions that we tend to have during our rollercoaster of a day, and decided I would pair them up with the best vines!

Here are the common annoyances of everyday life as told by Vines:

Waking up to your alarm clock:

Ah, the endless beeping of the alarm that goes off until you arise from your slumber with crazy bedhead and much confusion. Who wants coffee?

Trying to eat breakfast at such an early time:

Please tell me I am not the only one who cannot eat until they've fully woken up!?

Getting to work/school and trying to make conversation:

Me too, kid. Me too. Sometimes, our words just don't come out how we want them to.

Running into someone you thought you knew:

The classic 'I thought I was waving to my friend, but I have no idea who this is' moment has happened to the best of us.

Thinking you've been in class for an hour, but only five minutes have gone by:

To all my friends that have pictures of me sleeping in class, this one's for you.

When it's lunchtime:

Who doesn't love a good slice of avocado toast?

When you're approached by an F-boy/F-girl:

The perfect response for anyone that wants to try and holla at ya!

When your friends take your last piece of gum:

I relate to this part of the day so intensely.

When you're finally home from a long day:

Can I get a warm bath running, too?

Checking Facebook and seeing someone doing better than you:

Listen, Jen. We all know you love long walks on the beach with your millionaire husband.

Last minute deciding to go out with friends when you really didn't want to:

Trust me, you know Thirsty Thursday is going downhill before you even get to the local club.

Seeing your ex while you're out with said friends:

Oh trust me, for your safety and my lack of wanting to go to jail, I would back away.

Getting turnt on the dance floor:

No explanation needed.

When you get home and you're not sure if you'll live to see another day:

Am I dying? Does anyone else see the light?

Promising yourself you won't repeat the day you had, even though you always do:

Face it, it's an ongoing cycle of school, work, and parties no matter how hard you try to stop it!

And there you have it . A day told by some of the best vines.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
